My project was more extensive than most re-roofing projects, because the plywood on the roof had degraded so badly that the entire roof needed re-sheathing. Now, putting on the new boards was much demanding and took more time than laying the actual shingles. Dan was very generous in giving me a fair quote on the sheathing, and I am grateful! The job also included their smart vent system, which is a row of ventilation shingles that runs the length of the back of the house, adding extra air circulation for a longer-lasting roof and temperate attic.
