> Bev Adams listens. Perhaps the most important quality in a great designer. She is observant, has a keen eye for detail and recommending trades that have the same work ethic that she does. Bev designed our kitchen I have yet to have someone come into our home and not remark at how amazing it is. The Contractor's wife even said that of all the kitchens he has ever done ours was by far her favorite.

**Comment from Interior Intuitions, Inc.:**

> Thanks Mary Jo....I do hope you are doing well?

**★★★★★ — mcorinnekirkendall, Aug. 2015**

> "Walk right in, sit right down"... Like a well written song. each beat in the process was in perfect time.
> From the vision to paper, from the draft board to the walls; the cabinets were the functional foundation for the laundry room we had envisioned would be completed. Now for flooring. countertops, sinks, faucets & backsplash: each step was well syncopated for the construction to follow. Our "well appointed" laundry area presented, in the finale, to serve as butler's pantry as well!
> Bev Adams is incredibly organized in her work ethic to lead a phenominal team through the well rehearsed chorus without a single pause. At delivery each item is inspected before making its way to the performance stage. In perfect timing, one or two of the design team joins in to keep the rythym going.
> This "small" room process could have caused frustration to overflow but instead led us to entrust Bev & team with the next project: our master bathroom.
> You can be involved in the creation - but then relax and stay out of the way!

> Thank you Corrine...Nothing is too small. It's all in the details.

> Bev Adams is an incredible designer and holds a fund of knowledge in the design business that is unmatched in the Colorado market. Her excellent listening skills helped to guide us in the design of our kitchens and bathrooms. She is a professional that communicates promptly, outlying the design and installation process. We will use Bev again and highly recommend her to anyone. She is the best!

> Thank you Barbara and Mike ... It was a blast creating your beautiful home. You are one of my most favorites of clients.

> It was a pleasure to work with Bev. She is professional, knowledgeable, accessible, and clearly understands design. My bathroom is beautiful.

> Condo remodel: kitchen, master bath, guest bath. Bev did a fabulous job creating a new kitchen layout in a small condo with a challenging configuration. She was able to visualize beyond the borders. When she was a kid I bet she colored outside the lines! We love, love, love the design. As a bonus, the cabinets are beautiful and of high quality. It was a small project with a very tight deadline. Bev jumped through hoops to make it all work.

> Probably one of the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. We were going to do a redo in our master bath and sitting area. Both areas are very small and we hired Bev and told her we were doing this project on a house we would be selling in the next few years so it didn't need to be an over the top remodel. Our bath, which was just two sink areas (about 6' long each) and the flooring, needed to be redone. We had already done the shower, the bath area was to remain the same, and we had bought the hardware, faucets, and sinks. That bid came back at $80,000!
> The sitting room was a similar small space - the whole room was about 12'x10' - with the TV and counter with cabinet area along half of one 12' wall. That bid came back at $60,000 with an AV package of $60,000!
> When we told Bev all bids where not what we asked for, she redid the bathroom bid and got it down to $60,000. By this time, we realized that communication was not her strong suit and that she completely disregarded what we originally asked her to do for us. It was a waste of time and money for us, for sure. I had wanted to work with her to see how she worked to use her in the future as we sold this home and bought a new one. I would never hire her again.

**Comment from Interior Intuitions, Inc.:**

> It is very unfortunate that this client would post this review. This client did not want to pay their bill for all the professional design work that we provided for them after repricing and redesigning the bedroom theater room and master bathroom in different vendors and designs to accommodate their needs and wishes. We therefore handed the outstanding invoice over to our attorney. There were many many hours that were not billed.
>
> However, we provided all the product choices and there were many changes directed by the client. Additionally, there were many site meetings with contractors, to determine the best choices, as the plumbing locations were challenging to include a sink in the bedroom theater room. There were many solutions and choices given to this client and finishes that were optional that affected the pricing. The initial finish and vendor that the client chose was more money than they wished to spend however was styled in the flavor of the residence. This resulted in the research and pricing of the master bathroom in three alternative cabinet vendors to accommodate selections by the client. Modification and redesign the of the theater and master bathroom space was necessary to accommodate the clients wishes. There were more hours designing and focus on this project than were billed. There was never any indication during the consultation and or design process that they were unhappy with the product that they eventually chose, and or the design. Interior Intuitions endeavored to please and provide what they requested and was instructed to proceed with all the contracting. We had set up all the vendors and labor to accommodate their time line requirements and yet five minutes away from the residence with all the closing documents ready to proceed, they informed us they did not want to go ahead, without any previous indication that they did not want to proceed with this project The entire remodel for the sitting room AND master bathroom was within the 60K. The cabinetry counter tops, and labor to accommodate this design including a new tile floor with a mosaic inlay was included in the pricing. There were options in the design that could be disregarded to lower the price. They always had those to choose from.
>
> It was also discovered that the master bathroom floor was cracked and the existing shower pan would need to be repaired and replaced. We had helped discover this for them.
>
> Interior Intuitions stands with many positive testimonials, and successful remodel projects throughout the United States, and I am sorry that this client felt the need to post such negative comments that were unnecessary and unproductive. We wish them all the very best in their remodel ventures in the future.

> Bev helped us design our kitchen in our new home. We had a design in mind that we thought would be great. After interviewing us about our lifestyle and how we relate to out kitchen, Bev helped us completely change our design and create a fabulous kitchen! Bev asked the right questions, and is extremely knowledgeable about design and construction. Plus, she is extremely perceptive. We move in tomorrow, we are so excited! The kitchen is our favorite part of our new home, I am so glad we got her expertise. Thanks Bev!

**Comment from Interior Intuitions, Inc.:**

> Thank you Kumar and Shilpi....YOU are awesome and your spirit will make your food healthier. Enjoy.!!

**★★★★★ — seniorsadvocate, May 2014**

> Bev is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. My husband and I learned, from Bev, that designing a kitchen takes your lifestyle, personality, and character into consideration. Upon seeing your home and meeting you, Bev asks questions about you, creates the design, and marries the space to the owners of the home. She also taught us that people like to stand in niches. For example, a guest will be more apt to stand in a small designed cutout on the kitchen counter than stand against a flat surface of the kitchen counter. Bev is a chef and understands how the kitchen flows when cooking for two or for 52. She designed a fabulous, user friendly, and comfortable kitchen for us. Bev also designed our master bathroom. It is a small one but she used every nook and cranny and made it appear mighty. Bev is dynamic! We would call upon her again for creation.

> Chris Awadalla was our designer for our remodel project and he worked with us throughout the entire project! Chris was creative, resourceful, patient, and above all a great listener! If we had a question, he always responded immediately. Working with Chris made this project an exciting learning adventure for us. We are thrilled with our beautiful new home. The kitchen is a joy to use, and Chris amazingly created a space for everything! We highly recommend Chris!

> We have worked with Bev Adams and her design team for many years. To understand the caliber of their work, simply look at the pictures of their stunning spaces. From traditional to contemporary, their designs are on point and demonstrate the creative flexibility of the design team. I highly recommend them and am honored to be a part of their vendor team.

> I have refinished 3 kitchens now, and have never had a job go more smoothly or professionally. I recommend Chris Awadalla highly. From start to finish,
> his clear communication skills, creativity and high quality standards have resulted in a kitchen I could have only dreamed of creating. Chris' best asset
> is his ability to be frank when needed, and to take charge of the project
> when conflicts arise. I have watched him work and communicate with all types of people successfully. He is always upbeat and professional. It was a delight to work together.

**★★★★★ — mandley, Jan. 2013**

> We chose Interior Intuitions because their kitchen design was by far the top choice of proposals from three companies. We have a very challenging kitchen layout, but Chris Awadalla was able to provide not only a physically appealing product but also a very functional work area. Chris listened to what we wanted and delivered a gorgeous kitchen. Chris pays attention to details and is a cosummate professional. He was in frequent contact with our contractors, working out timing and design details. Our project stayed on budget and on time. We especially love the unique kitchen island Chris designed; it is the topic of conversation for all who enter our home. We highly recommend Interior Intutions.
