We had a tricky third floor bathroom that we converted into a shower, installed bead board, new tile, plumbing and much more. We also put in hard wood floors and replaced the door casings and doors. David helped us understand our options and the overall time frame and investment to expect, which allowed us to make the best decision moving forward. Maureen was incredible when came to the design and didn't miss a beat on details we didn't think of, she even wrote out very specific floor plans to make sure we wouldn't run into challenges. Chris, Jon and their team did a beautiful job on the whole project and respect the rest of the home while moving throughout the project. The worst, who had been recommended by Tuscan Hills cabinet rep, kept making and breaking appointments. Chris showed up exactly on time for the appointment. Thoroughly professional in his presentation, he eased our minds immediately. As the project progressed, Chris made excellent suggestions, introduced us to his suppliers and made the process enjoyable. He worked with us to choose a good schedule that fit our needs. When the project started, the workers arrived on time and worked steadily until quitting time. Communication was key with us and Chris always made sure we knew what was going to happen and when. Accompanying us to each of his suppliers, Chris made sure we got what we wanted. Sometimes he made cost-saving recommendations. He took us to one of his other jobs to show us possibilities for our kitchen. The only delays were caused by the township's building inspections (their computer went down and scheduling inspection manually was beyond their capability). Lost a day because the inspector went to the wrong site. Winter cost us a couple of days also. The crews Chris used for all the trades from demolition to electric, plumbing, painting, carpentry and cleanup were all polite, professional and efficient. Three months have passed and we are still in love with the kitchen. We had a small leak from the dishwasher drain hose. Chris got his plumber to take care of it, quickly. We had a problem with our under sink water filter which was occasioned by our physical capability to replace a filter after we cleaned it. We contacted Chris to get the plumber's phone number. Chris wouldn't hear of it. A day later, he came and fixed the problem. Three months after the job was complete!
