Before coming to the Central Coast, I acquired extensive experience in both custom and production housing with large building firms in Fresno, Dallas and Houston. Starting from the ground up as a laborer on a turn-key crew in Laguna Beach, I worked my way through the ranks of customer service, supervision and management with large companies. This early training provided invaluable experience in accurate budgeting, efficient scheduling, managing subcontractors and overall organization and was an ideal platform for the transition into custom homes.
