My wife and I have built a couple of homes over the past 20 years and each build was filled with misunderstandings and little communication between us and the builder. We contracted with Don Miller Construction to build our new home last April. Once we had the financing in order we met with Suzanne at DMC and got the ball rolling. There were several preliminary meetings to determine the style, size and shape of our new home and Suzanne was incredibly helpful through this process and made suggestions along the way that helped us understand what could be moved around and what couldn't. With her help we were able to take a floor plan design she provided and modify it. We were able to take a four bedroom 2 bath floor plan and rearrange it to a 3 bedroom 3 bath floor plan that better served our needs. > Long story short, DMC and Suzanne were wonderful to work with, Suzanne helped us with design ideas and color options. If we needed an expert opinion she was there to help.
