> We started working with Andrew at Four Square almost 2 years ago with a plan to renovate, add on and build a detached apartment garage at our 1940s Sylvan park home.  After doing some thorough inspections, speaking with contractors and reassessing we decided to start over and build from scratch.  Andrew never skipped a beat and shared his valuable insights along the way which helped a very, let’s call it open client, start to pin down and make some decisions.

It was important to me the the design was an efficient use of space, materials and the design flowed well.  I can tell you we fit more into 2900 sq feet than the 100 and 100s of stock plans I looked at previously with room to grow. Bathrooms from the 2nd floor stacked nicely on those below to cut down on plumbing work, generous storage, so many bells and whistles I wouldn’t have thought about in this amount of square footage.  He also was thoughtful about maximizing our existing lot and backyard.

How did you hang the wreaths on the exterior windows?

A: if you can t do that, then you will have to tap a little nail over each window and use fishing line or thin wire, hang it like a picture.  galvanized nail
