> Ed, Blaine, Kathy, & Roger, meet Terri Johnson, architect. After working for renown firms like Perkins & Will and Lucien LaGrange, Terri struck out on her own about ten years ago. I had the good fortune to work with her when rehabbing the kitchen and two baths at my previous residence, which was no small feat in an “historic” coach house that presented us with a number of surprises that she managed with grace, finesse, expertise and a lot of creativity.
>
> Terri has an uncanny ability to ask the right questions at the right time when working with a client, GC, designer, and subs, and always delivers in a timely manner, as well as oversees a project with a precise and thorough eye for details that a layperson may overlook. Better yet, she does not have to use an expediter for permits since she has the technology capabilities to do pretty much everything online with the geniuses at City Hall. Terri also has long-term relationships with engineers and other licensed professionals/specialists whom you might need for a given project.
>
> When looking for an architect in the city or burbs (and Terri is available on a select basis for out of town projects— my parents used her for a kitchen/office/garage/entranceway redo at their home in St. Louis in 2006), I would strongly recommend her for any of your projects that require an architect.
