In the end we were left with a mess of a project that ran nearly a year late and tens of thousands over budget. Then, suddenly she stopped all communication. For weeks I waited to hear back from her. I received no replies to my repeated attempts, no explanations and no appologies. As a design professional who regards customer service as being of the utmost importance, I really found this to be a very sad ending to what could have been a promising relationship. No one is ever that busy that they can't call or email someone back after a entire month goes by. Anyone who is wanting to hire Gaile should be extremely wary of her customer service skills (and maybe her organizational skills as well). She was able to turn a very dark, cramp 900 square foot into a bright, open, highly organized, calm tranquil city retreat. Our fave highlights: attention to storage solutions, spa like bathroom (we actually have yet to find a bathroom we like more than our own!!) and the lighting!
