What kind of base moulding was used ?

A: The Base used in this house was 7 1/2" tall and was custom run by a local mill. The base on the newel post is 1x cut to size with a base cap that matches the profile of the base in the rest of the house.

A: I believe the colors are:
Trim: Benjamin Moore HC-81
Siding: Benjamin Moore HC-77
I highly recommend purchasing a test quart of each color to verify you like it in "real life" and on your project before buying all your paint.
