After an initial design session, we decided for cost reasons to stick with our existing floor plan and work with available space. HH helped us make the most of our space, put us in touch with exceptional subcontractors (for cabinets, plumbing supplies, appliances, etc.) and then got to work demolishing the space and then completely rebuilding to our specifications. They were highly professional, always available, with a project manager on site every day (or on call if the work being done did not require his oversight). They completely renovated our kitchen, took down a load bearing wall and added a support beam, removed wood paneling from our family room, tiled our guest bathroom, added hardwood floors to half of our first floor and seamlessly blended them with our existing hardwood floors, and they adjusted the walls that house our heating return vents. They completed the work on schedule, even with some snow delays and a couple of changes. And after all was said and done, we actually came in a little under budget. We felt as thought they were very honest with the pricing, and the workmanship and work ethic were top notch! They always cleaned up the space at the end of every day, which I greatly appreciated since I have small children. Curt, the project manager was always there at the beginning of the day. If there was a problem or question he was easily reachable. Your replies are very much appreciated. I don't have windows in my bath. Does this layout have recessed lights above the vanity or only the ones in the middle of the ceiling shown in mirrors? In other words do some people use sconces alone at or over the vanity? A: This design has recessed lighting in the open space of the bathroom, but not directly over the vanity. The sconces alone for the vanity were enough in this space. **Q: Mirror** *(in Photo Questions)* Hi, Can you tell me the mirror size please thanks! A: Approximately 24" x 42" **Q: Love the paver choice.** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you please provide the name/source of paver? A: they were clay fired pavers from a small manufacturer in Florida. Unfortunately, that is all the info i have available! john **Q: Railings** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the type of railing used coming down the front staircase? A: LIsa, the rails for this home are PVC coated aluminum rails, balusters and posts. Hope this helps! **Q: Porch Railing** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you tell me if the porch railing is a PVC product, powder coated aluminum or other product? A: All the exterior porch rails are powder coated aluminum. John. **Q: Cabinets** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the brand of the cabinets? A: Thank you for your question and interest!
