**Q: Ann Sacks Beau Monde no one can install** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I fell in love with this Ann Sacks tile,  but this is the second time someone has totally botched the job. Uneven tile and tile that won't cut straight.  I had an installer look at it and he said because it's striated it's difficult to work with.   He quoted a high price and I accepted, but then he completely avoided me, which leads me to believe he doesn't want to deal with it, or doesn't really know how to do it, or both (he was suggested by Ann Sacks, the other person they suggested said they don't work with their tile anymore).  Should I just move on to a different tile?  I don't think there is an installer in Houston who can do this job. These aren't even all the photos.

A: Coincidental that you mention New Ravenna. They are an artist partner of Ann Sacks.  We are currently working with them, the director of their technical support and their president to help this client figure out a solution to her install challenge.  I look forward to a conversation with them tomorrow and then with the client by Friday for a good resolution.
