He was also on-site when the subcontractors were at work to provide guidance and make sure that the expectations were being met. Jordan and his team are high tech... communications, bids, change orders, invoices were electronic. Scheduling of subcontractors and building materials were tracked electronically as well. Many parts and pieces were ordered off the internet due to price and availability. > This project started in November and ended in January, spanning two winter storms, three holidays, and some vacations, and was still finished on schedule and within projected costs.
