**Q: I like the green color...what's it called?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We're building a new house and really like that shade of green!

A: Thank you for inquiring. The color is Sherwin Williams: SW6708 SPRINGTIME

**Q: Can you tell me what color is the blue exterior ? Love it!!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I apologize. I seem to have misplaced that color. All I can remember is that the nake had Blue Berry in  it. I'm so sorry.

**Q: I would like to know the color on the walls and the name of the design pattern on each of the fabrics you used** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: SW6708 SPRINGTIME Sherwin Williams. The fabric is Robert Allen Fabric, but has been discontinued.

**Q: What if it floods?** *(in Photo Questions)*

When the water rises and it begins to flood,  how scary will that be, and what damage will the lower floor undergo ?

A: Hello and thank you for the great question since it is a concern occasionally voiced by our by clients when it comes to building on a body of water.  The lowest level of the home is actually built above the 100 year flood plane in accordance with the current permit requirements and building codes.  This means that based on the historical information for this particular bay it is unlikely that the water levels will rise in the future to jeopardize the home.

I love the bedding.  The color combination is truly intersting and I've love to be able to recreat it.  Can you tell me where the bedding came from?

A: Hello and thank you for your feedback!  The bedding in this room was actually custom made with fabric from the Robert Allen line.

Could you tell me the measurements of this room? I'm trying to decide how big I need to go with my new home.

A: Hello and thank you for your comment!  The room in this photograph is 27' x 23'.  I hope this gives you a good point of reference and we wish you the best of luck in designing your new home!
