William Cannon, Austin, TX 78745 contracted with MasterCraftsmen for upgrades and repairs at said property the first part of February 2013. > > I signed a contract with, Shawn Dewbre, owner of MasterCraftsmen for work I needed accomplished at my property. > This is all the various work he completed in a timely manner with beautiful results. > Inside: Cabinet repairs, all interior walls painted, new exhaust fans installed, blinds installed, damaged wood tore out and repaired before painting 1300 square feet, then various odd jobs like fixing door knobs, ceiling fans etc. > Exterior: All rotten wood and hardy boards tore out and replaced with new wood and new hardy board panels. All exterior wood frames on the outside of windows replaced with new. New patio doors installed in all four units. One gutter and roof repair, all electrical wires, cable wires, phone wires placed inside hardy board panels for a good cosmetic effect for the property. One storage building built with a foundation and leveled very pleased with this building. Two outside hot water tank closets repaired and new metal exterior doors installed. I was very pleased and happy with this company's professionalism, experience, and over all quality of work accomplished on my property. I didnt have a very specific idea of what all I wanted but I knew I wanted it bigger and better. The owner Shawn Dewbre was really creative and helpful with the whole process, making suggestions for our cabinets and tiles and was really thorough. I had called a few other companies and none of them were willing to help with making suggestions for us, they wanted me to do all the footwork and still charged about the same if not more than MasterCraftsmen. If we do any more remodels in the future they are the ONLY company were gonna call!
