> Twickenham Homes was a dream to work with on our living room/kitchen remodel. Sean is extremely professional and great at what he does. He listened to everything I wanted to do and made creative suggestions I hadn't thought of. We decided to make some last minute additions to the scope of work and he accommodated without any issues. The subcontractors he used were all professional as well. His project managers Ernest and Chad were with us every step of the way and answered every single question we had. The estimate was on point and we were provided clear and correct invoices. They went out of their way to make it a great experience for us and we will always use them on any project we do in the future. Can't recommend them enough!

> My wife and I reached out to Twickenham Homes & Remodeling for a consultation about revamping our kitchen, we ran into them at the building show at the VBCC. Sean came out an listened to what we were wanting, inspected what was there and said he would get back with us on design and plan moving forward. Just about a week later Sean called and ask to meet with us and go over the project on paper. Wow! We sat down to 3D drawings of our new kitchen, every detail identified, every square inch was covered and explained how it would be reshaped into what we wanted. Sean is a very good listener, he included everything we asked for plus some well recommended suggestions. We were blown away with the level of detail, plans, and budget broke down per step of the way. At this point all we had to do was say yes. I am so glad that we said yes. We now have a beautiful kitchen of our dreams that completed on time and on budget, even removing a load baring wall. I can say enough and Twickenham Homes and their team of professionals! They are respectful to you and your property. Job foreman (Ernie) was there every morning to make sure everyone had what they needed, go over what was needed to be done, etc....and in the afternoon to explain to us what had been accomplished, what the plan was for tomorrow and to make sure everything was cleaned up from the workday. There was never a oops, we did not plan for this or any hidden expenses. Very refreshing to find people that are hands on, organized and detailed. Everything was well organized, orchestrated, and crafted! From electrical to plumbing to cabinets to paint to finish work all the attention to fine detail was there and that is what makes the project perfect! To top off a job perfectly done, Sean called and said a cleaning crew was coming out to clean entire house....what a huge surprise! The whole house looked brand new. Very nice touch! Will recommend these fine folks anytime. In short, the whole process from vision to completion was a great experience. Twickenham Homes & Renodeling is totally correct in their motto "stress free remodeling", a job perfectly done stress free on our family!!!!! Thanks Twickenham Homes & Remodeling!!

> Sean and his crews are great. He did a complete remodel of our home. We took the house down to the the studs, opening the floor plan as well as adding a powder room and laundry room. Also, enlarging the existing bathrooms and kitchen. He listened to our needs and executed them wonderfully. Project took about 6 months total. Would highly recommend Twickenham Homes for any and all your renovation needs.

> Sean was great. He was professional and sharp. He made good suggestions - and delivered a beautiful remodeled master bath! Chad was terrific also. We strongly recommend Twickenham Homes and Remodeling Builders!

> Sean has built most of the homes in a development I did featuring courtyard style homes. The quality is top notch and always consistent. Sean stays on top of the latest building and design styles and doesn't cut corners! I highly recommend him if you are building or just remodeling and you are in need of concept or design assistance. You wont be disappointed!

> Twickenham homes built my beautiful cottage styled house three years ago. I am just as happy with it today as the day I moved in. Sean was always available and open to my suggestions during the whole building process. If I were ever to leave my lovely home, Sean would be the builder I would pick for my next home.

> Contractor stayed in constant contact with us. My wife and I were both worried about doing this project. We have heard/dealt with previous contractors where the work took longer, cost more, and went days without hearing from our contractor. Twickenham Homes was with us from the very beginning. All the way from him listening to our ideas and putting them on paper to the very minor details of the finished project. In fact he and his team really added some ideas that we never thought of that we are very happy with in our home.
>
> We were very pleased and have recommended him to many other people interested in doing remodeling.

> After having a local architect draw up my plans to have a 400 square foot, two story addition added on my house I met with three home builders to get quotes. The second one I met with was Sean Cagle of Twickenham Homes. Sean's quote came back in the middle price wise but his promise to personally be involved from start to finish and even more important, to be there AFTER the job was done had a huge influence on our decision to go with his company. Twickenham homes offered a 1 year warranty and that alone was worth the extra money in his bid.
>
> Sean was true to his word!! He was on the job site nearly every day there was work being done. His contractors were very professional and did excellent work. We ran into a few glitches along the way that impacted schedule and/or cost but Sean was always flexible and very accommodating and helped come up with creative alternatives that helped keep the project on time and within budget.
>
> Months after the addition was complete we had an issue with some leaks around a door that would occur during a heavy rain. We also had an issue with our tank-less water heater missing a digital readout box. I've heard horror stories about builders and remodelers being impossible to find immediately after the last check has been written, let alone months later, but again, Sean was true to his word and responded promptly. He came back and either fixed the problem himself or had his sub-contractors come back and fix it.
>
> This was a big job that involved alot of new construction but also had to be blended with an existing home. Twickenham Homes attached the new two story, 400 square foot addition consisting of an upstairs bedroom and bathroom, a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a new laundry room to the existing home and they did it seamlessly!! They also built and installed some new closets in the existing home, trimmed and painted most of the interior as well as ALL of the exterior of the existing home with the new addition so it all matches perfectly. In addition, they trimmed out the entire house in vinyl trim with new rain gutters and down spouts.
>
> It was a very big job and Twickenham Homes made it look easy!! They did a beautiful job and actually came in a few thousand dollars under budget!!! You won't find a better building and remodeling company than Twickenham Homes and you won't find a better person to do business with than Sean Cagle!!!

> This was our first time ever building a home and we literally did not know what to expect. It was overwhelming at times, stressful at times, but most of the time it was a lot of fun! Sean made our first experience a smooth ride all the way to the finish.....always communicative, always very professional, kept costs down where feasible, but most of all he was a real joy to work with. I think of him as one of my new best friends, as far as our home goes. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
