> Berdi responded to our cold email quickly and set up an assessment within the week. They were prompt and polite. The structural architect who visited to provide the assessment was thorough and walked us through his decision process; he then gave us an honest answer on whether we needed to retain their services (we didn't). I can't attest to the quality of their drawings, but their customer service and willingness to spend extra time with me explaining the structure of my house made this experience exceptional.
