My wife and I decided to remove the carpeting in our dining room and family room and replace it with prefabricated engineered wood flooring. Chris visited our home, took measurements, and promptly sent me a quote. I had several questions that Chris promptly responded to with great knowledge and professionalism. He ordered samples from the manufacturer that we were able to view and upon doing that we placed our order with Chris in October. We chose to wait until after the holidays to schedule the installation for the week of Jan 4. Chris accompanied the two workers on the first day and they followed all COVID-19 protocols including obtaining tests prior to arriving at our home and masking off the work area and wearing masks. The workers cleaned up every day and after the job was completed which was within the estimated time frame that Chris quoted us. We are delighted with our new floors and were very pleased with Chris’ professionalism and the quality of the work done.
