The builders were never held up needing a decision from Rachel - she did so many things that I didn't even know needed doing - such as detailed drawings of where light sockets and electricity outlets, radiators and other things should go, to ensure we had the best look, feel and function, as well as the colour, fabrics, furniture layouts (which informed room sizes and shapes with architects), cupboards, kitchen layouts and more.
