They assured me that they could complete the work within my budget and on time. There were several designs drawn up all above budget but they were beautiful so I decided to spend a little more. As the date of construction came closer, they "passed" me off to another company through an email. They told me they couldn't complete my project on time or on budget. Then they disappeared. I would NOT recommend them. **Comment from Revolve Design-Build:** > We are very sorry for your bad experience with Revolve. There was certainly a breakdown in communication and there were some mismanaged expectations; for which we take full responsibility. When it became clear that we could not start the project by the desired date, we made our best effort to refer the project to a trusted craftsman that was an employee at Revolve for the past 3 years and now works independently. Unfortunately, that craftsman was unwilling to work on the project after a short conversation with the prospective client. > > I think it is fair to note that Revolve produced and delivered two different design renderings based on client input, devoted quite a few hours of design and consultation, and made multiple visits to the site for explanation and walk-throughs in addition to a flurry of emails and a typical amount of phone conversations. When discussing this project, our client was looking to create some interest in her living room along with additional storage for kids toys and clutter. She did not want it to look like the traditional entertainment center built specifically for a tv. She was looking for a more updated/modernized look for her entertainment niche.
