I was having difficulty finding a replacement hinge and went to the manufacturer’s website and saw that they listed local dealers, one of which was All Eco Design Center. I called and spoke with Savannah and she was great. Went out of her way to find out what kind of hinge would work as the exact model is no longer made. She followed up with the manufacturer and me and placed the order. Obviously not a big ticket item yet she still was more than willing to help. Great customer service and I suspect is representative of the service one can expect from All Eco Design Center. I will definitely consider using them for my next kitchen redo. Thankfully, after All Eco did such an incredible job renovating my kitchen and master bath 7 years ago, it was a no-brainer to have them renovate after the clean-up. In fact, I was so impressed by their personable, thoughtful and accommodating approach, I had them simultaneously renovate two additional bathrooms in addition to the laundry/utility room and bathroom in the basement. > I have had increasing challenges with rheumatoid arthritis and Dave Taghipour, the owner, and Oksana, the designer, listened carefully to my current obstacles in these spaces and worked with me to develop beautiful, accessible, spaces where form follows function. Their showroom has a wide variety of samples, but they are also flexible about incorporating clients’ specific choices. Compared to other design/install companies in the area, they are far less costly and finished all 4 spaces within the initial timeframe they had initially quoted and kept me updated throughout the renovation. The Eco workers are very reliable, friendly and respectful of the clients’ space and belongings. Not only did they cover and vent all work areas, they cleaned and tidied up every night and Eco had my house professionally cleaned at the end of the work. > I could go on and on about how impressed I am with All Eco and their work, but the final pictures say it all. We discovered All Eco Design because we were looking for a more environmentally sustainable approach to renovating our 1940s Cape house in Silver Spring. We also appreciated that all workers on the All Eco’s team have long-term contracts and health care. We felt that this made the company genuinely sustainable. We first worked with All Eco for a significant gut renovation project of our kitchen, dining room, and basement (+ wooden floor sanding and new lightning across the house). Two years later, we asked them to renovate our main bathroom. Since we knew how easy it was to work with Dave and his team, we did not even look for other companies to do this project. We also knew that we could trust Dave and his team to complete the project while we were abroad. It was straightforward to work with the designers to design a great-looking kitchen & dining area and main bathroom. The workers were always kind, efficient, and left a clean site at the end of the day. We were always able to ask Dave for some additional small tasks to be integrated. When there were bad surprises (such as a completely rotten wall behind the 80-year-old siding), Dave and his team proposed concrete solutions that they executed very quickly at very competitive prices. Dave always made sure to solve the problem quickly and at no cost whenever things were a little late or if there were mistakes (usually related to orders & stocks). They did a terrific job with both. It took me a long time to make all the selections on fixtures, tiles, etc. and they were very patient. Once the job started they were really good at keeping me posted on plans, schedule and bumps in the road. Their workers were all professional, polite and skilled. Unlike other companies I'd worked with before, the workers I chatted with had been with the company for years and had a certain loyalty that seemed mutual; the company valued the workers and vice versa. This really showed in the quality of the work. I was especially impressed with the craftsmanship of the tile guys. I had decided to integrate a DIY accent tile (using pennies) and they were really accommodating and patient, and worked with me to figure out a way to execute what was just an idea. The results came out better than I ever expected. We did have some issues (fixtures were installed at wrong height) but the company agreed they should have checked this ahead of time, and they fixed the problem without an argument. I'm super happy with the results. They really did such a professional job with all the details - no crooked tile, off-center switch plates, or any of those kinds of short cuts that we often have to just accept. That sense of familiarity and trust carried over with Kristen, the designer, Hadi, who deftly managed the 8 week job, and the wonderful crew (shout out to Yesbin, Jesus, Jose, Antonio and Osman!). The work went smoothly, with the team taking great care to contain the dust and mess so that we could live comfortably in the rest of our house. Whenever we had a question or concern, we simply texted Hadi, and he always responded promptly and with a few possible solutions. Bonus: when we unexpectedly adopted two wily kittens halfway through the job, the whole team was gracious and careful. The renovation finished right on schedule and we could not be more happy with it. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. The backsplash is very nice as well. A: Good Morning Nasreen, The counter tops brand name is Cambria and the color is Windermere. The cabinets are from Executive Cabinetry. They are single panel shaker with a caramel stain on a maple wood. Yes the best is to come to the showroom so you can see it in person and go in more details with the designer about the project. A: Hi, Thank you for your interest in our work. The "black and rusted strips" are actually reclaimed wood. There are all kinds but we selected this style since it fitted best we the overall modern look of the condo. The rivets we get them from a whole sale supplier for our projects. If you are looking for some rivets we are more than wiling to procure you some at a good price.
