At a young age, my father, a master craftsman, instilled in me a serious appreciation for woodwork. After high school and some post-secondary studies, I started my career in construction (1993). Over the next decade, I gained invaluable experience in all types of construction while working in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Australia and Japan. In 2005 I decided to venture out on my own and created Kinash Construction Ltd.

> Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs.
