Lisa and her team did all of that and more, in the middle of hyper-inflation, supply-chain issues, and material shortages. > > From the second I picked up the permit at the Town of Carefree in December 2021, the grader was scheduled and onsite. I can't recall one day (one day!) that some activity or task wasn't completed on the home. Lisa had such a detailed plan, and contingency plan, and an alternative plan, to meet our construction target completion date. She leveraged relationships and alternative sources to secure materials well ahead of time in anticipation of any potential delay. And we stayed on budget, added value based upon her suggestions in some areas, and enhanced the quality and architectural detail in some instances with some hard pivots. We had no knowledge of the local builder community so we started by cold calling a number of contractors, visiting job sites and reviewing project portfolios. After meeting Lisa for the first time we knew we wanted her to build our home. Lisa is not only a fantastic builder and project manager but what really set her apart in our view was her participation in the design process and her meticulous attention to detail. Our AZ project is a second home so the construction budget was important to us. Lisa is more conscientious and capable of managing construction costs than anyone we have ever worked with. With the exception of two brief visits the entire project was competed while we were out of state. We received regular site photos, Face Time meetings and project updates throughout construction. Full Circle's job cost documentation is accurate, timely and includes detailed explanation. Lisa recommended both our Architect and interior designer. We couldn't have been happier with the entire team including Jim Lubay who is a fantastic project supervisor. A: Western Window, 600 series **Q: Where did you get the edge pulls on the cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)* can't seem to find edge pulls that are the full length of the drawers. A: I bought 6’ lengths from Richelieu and cut them to custom lengths. There are a few color options but the core material is all silver color. If you do black, like this house, you have to paint the ends to match. **Q: how did you install the fireplace panels?** *(in Photo Questions)* I love this design! I have a fireplace indoor outdoor I want to create with this same large scale panel idea but my question is do these actually install with nothing behind ( see thru) as they appear or what is behind them to create the effect? A: You see through the panels. You actually see the metal chimneys going up if you look closely at the gaps. I built 1" steel tube frames for each metal panel and hid the connections of these frames to the wall. Then I covered each steel tube frame with these custom metal panels. **Q: Is the fireplace surround tiled, painted, or wallpaper?** *(in Photo Questions)* thanks for the insight.
