Specializing in upscale custom homes that are energy efficient and/or "built green".  S7D has become known for it's attention to fine details as well as customer oriented systems. When building a new home, few people realize just how complicated it is to build until they find themselves lost in a maze of design options, building codes and an endless array of product and material selections. Tom Guerin (S7D Builder and Managing Member) along with Brian Guerin and Dale Cobb work with each respective client to simplify the construction process by guiding them through each step of the way from concept to move in.  Due to the "custom home building process", S7D Team members seek to create a collaborative environment that welcomes an "open door philosophy". 
       
As part of an ongoing communication effort, S7D suggests that clients sit down with their respective project manager to conduct five (5) separate detailed financial reviews during the construction process.  This helps keep the client abreast of any expenses to date, while reviewing any path forward questions and/or activities.

> Tom Guerin and his staff provided a wonderful experience while building our first home.   They are very detail oriented, and kept us up to date every step of the way.    They took great care during our build.   All the workers were highly skilled and gave us superior results.   After our home was completed, they continued to stay in touch with us and have called and come over many times to be sure nothing was overlooked and that everything was completed to our satisfaction.   Considerate.  Thoughtful.  Personal attention.  Results beyond our expectations.
