> Brown failed to back butter shower tiles, did not use a level or wet saw. There were no expansion joints. He said he grout is fine where a flexible joint needs silicone. Leveling spacers were provided but he chose not to use them. Instead of troweling and back buttering tiles he was cheap and put 4 dabs of mortar on the tile. I asked him to correct the work and he walked out and quit stole my money. Shower niche tile isn’t even close to level. Schluter edging will look horrific now. Shower glass wall that should a 1/8 joint now needs a 1/2 inch caulk line of tile installed by Brian is not removed
