The unique nature of the construction and limited physical openings required a custom design and approach, and custom installation in difficult conditions. The work scope required several modifications as the project progressed, and communication between the owner and project manager was excellent. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail with the renovation work, which resulted in repairs that blend in seamlessly to the existing structure. As a result, Mark and his team had to reinforce the floor and level it. He was diligent in explaining to us the challenges of leaving the existing plumbing in an outside wall and got all of it rerouted to interior walls. He was patient as we made minor modifications along the way and practical if one of our suggestions was going to be costly. We told him we wanted to be back in the house by May 15 and on May 14 we returned. He did let us know that it'd be easier/faster if we were NOT in the house during construction as that would allow him to avoid full clean up at the end of each day (saving time and money). We have asked Mark to submit a proposal on another small project. His first love is carpentry and the finish work reflects his highest standard of excellence. This project was not his first on this house and it won't be his last.
