> This was our first pool and we didn't know which pool company to use.  After thorough research with four different pool companies we picked Denali Pools.  It turned out to be a great choice!  Right from the beginning, Ryan did a great job reviewing the process of drawing / creating the pool on paper to putting the structure in the ground.  Eric, our project manager, was there every step of the way.  His daily/weekly communications were ON POINT!  He was there at any moment to review and answer any questions we had throughout the entire project.  Eric made the entire project flow with ease. > This was the second pool I have had constructed. I have been in construction for 37 years and the first one was a disaster with respect to execution although the end product was acceptable. My biggest fear going into my second build was just that – the competency of the contractor and their overall execution.
> I addressed this head on with Denali before we awarded the contract, and I can tell you that I have never been happier with any project I have had done on any home I have owned. My discussions with Ray up front were honest and open, the bidding process was smooth and the pricing fair. Ray heard and understood my concerns and when it came to execution Denali definitely walked their talk. Their project manager Scott communicated with us daily and we were informed and up to date every step of the way. We live in Lago Vista where the permitting process is anything but smooth and I was able to team up with Denali to address the myriad of hurdles thrown at us by the City, and when we were allowed to proceed Denali came in and executed in flawless fashion.
> They kept the side organized, when materials like gravel, rebar, and import fill were delivered at the street they cleaned up those areas immediately and kept the street clean.
> The crews were timely and respectful of our property, and extremely polite when I or my wife were out looking at the work and asking questions.
> Again I cannot emphasize the importance of DAILY communication from Scott – even if there was nothing urgent to communicate. We knew at all times – even if we were out of town how the work was progressing, when inspections were happening, the results of those inspections, any implications the weather might have going forward, etc.
> They also did a great job with ‘Pool School’ showing us how our system operates and how to control it.
> To summarize, if you want a quality pool installation at a fair price and a great experience instead of a contractor you need to throw in a head lock and throw on the ground every other day like a wayward steer, You should absolutely contract with Denali. I don’t see myself building another pool here, but in the event I move and need another,  I will never build another pool in this area without Denali.
