We wished to build a home that would fit into our neighborhood where most of the homes were built in the 1920s. Jeff and John listened carefully to our wishes and then created a beautiful Tudor design. Their attention to detail is astonishing! They worked with us through the entire build process. We had weekly onsite meetings where John surveyed all the work to make sure it was to plan and was correct. They are extremely knowledgeable about the whole build process. I was very dubious that a 1920s Tudor could be built today, but they did it! Many passerbys think our house has "always been there". Oh, and did I mention that they are extremely funny! They really did make this somewhat stressful undertaking a lot of fun! Her name is Stephanie Wholner.I believe she has a Houzz account. **Q: Gutters** *(in Photo Questions)* Are there gutters on this house? If not how do you contend with rain? A: No gutters were originally installed. However, the new owners did install gutters. Half round aluminum. If we would do this style again I still would not put gutters on the house. I would just detail and let the roof over - hange wee bit. I would do something like two inches.
