A: Hi Amber, I believe it was Benjamin Moore Midnight, however I'm not 100% sure.

A: Hi there! Thanks for inquiring! I believe they are Clopay Canyon Ridge doors.

**Q: I love the matte concrete floors.** *(in Photo Questions)*

What did you use to prepare the floors for waterproofing? and what materials did you use to achieve this look.

A: Hi Jenny - we used a concrete finishing company locally to do the work. I'm not really sure what materials they used

**Q: The house is beautiful. What siding did you use? And what color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The transformation is stunning! The exterior siding has just the right shade of warmth - off white - but not too yellow or too tan! Great pop of turquoise on the door.

A: Hi - Thanks for inquiring. The siding os a combination of CertainTeed Cedar impressions and Monogram double 4" clapboard. The color is either Desert Tan or Heritage Cream, I'm sorry I can't remember exactly.

Is it a 9x9?  And what brand is the door?

A: I believe it is a 9x8 and I think it’s a Clopay.

Is the roof GAF Slateline? If so, what color is it?

A: Yes the shingles are GAF Slateline and I believe them to be the English Gray
