> When my husband and I were finally ready and able to built our dream home in Knoxville, Tennessee, where we have called home since 1997, the choice for a high quality builder with attention to detail was clear.  Our experience with Schmid & Rhodes Construction confirmed the impeccable reputation of this company.  The attention to detail from start to finish is unsurpassed as is their customer service.  They did everything possible to ensure our home would meet our needs and tastes.  The coordination between Schmid and Rhodes and our talented architect, Williams Andrews, also of Knoxville, was seamless.  Now we use their home maintenance service when needed, and the personal service remains the same.  Would we build a home with  Schmid and Rhodes with again?  Absolutely, without question.  But we love our beautiful, quality-built home as much today as the day we moved in.  We aren't about to leave it.
