The finish out touches and the quality of the work always gets us compliments from all of our friends and family. It was very important to us to have an open line of communication with Scott and his team throughout the building process. We were pleased with the eco-friendly, efficient and state-of-the-art touches the home conveys. In the end we had our Green, Brand New, Modern Farm House and it was all due to Riverside Homes and Scott Turner. Scott's team finished our new house 3 weeks ahead of schedule, just in time for us to move right into it before we would have had to find a temporary home in between. The high ceilings and big windows make it feel much larger than it is. The utility bills are minimal and we are delighted to live in 78704 (the coolest part of Austin). Highly recommend Scott Turner and his incredible staff.
