> Hired Steve Heidorn to replace our deck in Feb. 2010. Inherent bowing in our expensive Timber Tech deck subsequently  occurred by 2014. Decking had bowed to where it looked like a "half pipe".This became unsafe for anyone to walk on. After contact with Mr. Heidorn, assessment and solution was to replace 3 boards. Totally inadequate to remedy this problem, was totally disinterested in repairing or replacing our poorly constructed  installed deck. He was made aware of the problem and has yet to respond as per our contractual arrangements. I felt it was unsafe and have subsequently replaced the deck with another contractor Let the buyer beware with Mr. Heidorn. I basically have choked on $6800.
