They did a major landscape project for us when our pool was installed in April 2022. In the fall, some of the plants didn't take and died. Marty from Lane Landscaping explicitly stated that he wanted to wait until the spring to plant replacements as some more may die during the winter and only wanted to replace everything at once. At the time, that seemed reasonable to me. Not to mention its been almost a year since I had mentioned an issue with the contrete around the pool and still no response.
