> I hired to manage and advise on a total redo.After 6 mos  post move-in, the drywall corner beading is lifting off corners and coffered ceilings, stress cracks all along the 3 story new stairs, drywall taping splitting along ceiling and corner joints, leaving large open cracks, crown molding shrinkage and splitting, all wood door and window trim mitered joint splitting, drywall in two areas has developed stress cracks, all 3 newly installed ductless a/c units began leaking water inside the house, the shower and tub grout has split and caused water damage down to the kitchen floor and remains damaged, new boiler pump makes a rattle noise when working, water line to new fridge was plastic and not to the recommended steel braided tubing, water began leaking from the fridge on faulty installation, contractor failed to file our back water valve rebate and all the new KV single hung windows developed a loose lower rail.  I could go on but it's just too overwhelming.
