We did a FULL GUT of a home I purchased and topped it all off with some landscaping and other outdoor finishes. Amir was there at every step of the way to help me make the best decisions possible. I really appreciated his standard of excellence and even when something wasn't done just right, I found myself more willing to settle than Amir was. That is an invaluable characteristic in a project manager! He routinely spoke up to ensure that the finished product would exceed my expectations and it has. Price wise, I found Amir to be fair. There are cheaper contractors where you get what you pay for and more expensive ones that maybe only service the rich. I routinely shopped around for independent bids and always found Amir's pricing to be fair. He gave me my tasks in a timely fashion to make sure there were no delays and I MOVED IN RIGHT ON SCHEDULE as we planned. I did a large renovation of my first home years ago and it was hard. It was a budget contractor and things went way past the deadline. This time, of all the things that could go wrong - - so many things went so well. I recommend Amir and his team WITHOUT RESERVATION.
