I had Signature Renovators build me a beautiful spec home in which is listed for over 300K. He was spot on with his estimate on cost on building materials just by reviewing the architects blueprints. Even though we got a very late start he promised to have the entire exterior of the home fully completed before snow fall and he delivered as promised which is a surprise in our "Mountain Time" town. The home passed every building inspection perfectly and was a very easy experience. There was no excuses and no corners cut. The company is very available and returns phone calls, emails. The bid was one of the lowest. There were only a few minor errors in their work, but they were corrected where possible and the overall quality of work was very good. The most important thing about this company is that they contacted us about a change in scope needed due to the roof structure underneath the roof they were replacing being 'not to code'. We were upset that we had to fork more money out for a scope change, but then realized that by them contacting us about this unpopular discovery, we added strength to the structure to avoid future costs down the road. They could just have easily roofed over the weak structure and we would have thought everything was fine. My downstairs was entirely gutted, and he designed a new kitchen, powder room, added a master suite, and an art studio, as well as a patio, walkways, driveway and new cabinets in the upstairs bathrooms. It was done quickly, efficiently, honestly, and friendly.
