With this detailed history of your situation mentioned, we feel we tried to go above and beyond to help with your sink situation. The sink information was given to us by you the customer, which was for a standard double bowl sink. After the top was received, you contacted us letting us know you decided to go with a different type sink and the cut out received would not work. Our service software shows we had several Bailey's Cabinet team members assist in helping you try to find a sink that would work, including sending one of our service techs out to look at your situation. Then both a designer and our manager searched online to help try to find a sink that would work for the cut out information you provided for us. Our history of information shows our manager found a sink on Amazon that would work for the cut out dimensions given, and provided that info and link for you, which was a Lyons brand sink. Again, we are sorry you feel we did not take care of you. The lack of five stars is due to a few scratches to the Corian top upon install. Neither Bailey's or my contractor would take responsibility. Bailey's charged $250+ to fix the scratch. Yikes. So the scratches are still there. We decided to use Baileys to remodel a kitchen in a house we own that we intend to flip down the road. Baileys could not have been more patient and helpful in creating a great kitchen in a very difficult space (very old house with extremely limited square footage). Cabinets are excellent quality. Trim matches the cabinets perfectly and countertops blend well with accent knobs and drawer pulls. They modified the design several times for us. The staff provided samples of the cabinet color and countertops so we could match tile and wall paint. They also cut out countertops for our custom sink. A new kitchen is a large projext. Small installation issues were taken care of completely. Installation teams were always on time, professional and courteous. I do recommend Bailey's to anyone.
