The majority of our work is along the shores of Lake Michigan and the many inland lakes of Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Many of our projects have construction challenges that most home sites do not. Building along water often presents an entirely different level of knowledge and expertise needed in site, soil and structural requirements, permit regulations along with many other challenges not normally encountered.

I loovvee this floor/wall color combination. Would you be willing to share your wall/ceiling/trim colors and which flooring you used?

A: Yes!  All colors are from Benjamin Moore.  Walls are Edgecomb Gray HC-173, trim we color matched Pella white interior color.  The flooring is from Hurst Hardwoods, European Oak French oak Nevada.
