I thought the pandemic would complicate this matter, but fortunately a few months prior, I had checked out Loki Tile. Remembering how impressed I had been with their selection and with answers I had received to some questions at the time, I searched online for their website. I sent an email via the website and prepared to wait a few days, which I have found is typical when you send emails this way. However the next day I received a response and in short time had an appointment to have my kitchen measured and an estimate provided. I had indicated in my email that my preference would be for a simple, classic white subway tile and samples were brought when the measuring was done. I made my selection, received my estimate and in short order had an appointment for the actual work to be done. Give the situation with the pandemic I had to stand back and watch from further away than I would have liked, but it was still fascinating to watch the plain, somewhat patched wall behind my sink and along the countertop quickly turn into a beautiful backsplash that actually enhances the countertop and cupboards. The installation was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.
