Within 10 months the table began to crack and cave in on itself. After leaving multiple message I finally got a call back from Rocky who is either an owner or store manager. They sent someone to our home to see if it can be repaired or needed to be replaced. We didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks, so we called the person who came to our house. He told us the table cannot be fixed, and he gave the assessment to Rez Furniture. It took several emails and voicemails to get them to call us back regarding replacing the table. They sent pictures of our replacement table over a month ago, and I have been waiting for a delivery date since. I have left 8 voicemails and sent 3 additional emails trying to find out what is going on but it looks like they have no intention of replacing my Table. This is absolutely the worst experience I have had with a luxury store. I would never recommend anyone to this store.
