DeFatta Custom Homes is a locally owned & operated family custom homebuilding company based in Franklin, Tennessee. Joe DeFatta founded the company in 2007, with the assistance of his son, David DeFatta.

> It was our first time building a home and we'd heard many horror stories. We started looking and came across DAC, along with about three other builders. The team made the process so easy. We were never pressured into spending more and they actually helped us stay within a budget that was comfortable for us. The quality, upgrades and pricing received didn't compare no matter how hard my husband ran the numbers. He gave up a basement home because of the value and service. They said four months and stuck to the timeline (maybe in excess of a week or two) and welcomed our feedback and adjustments along the way when we had a concern. Nine months in our new home and we are still happy we went with DAC. One thing we have thought after the fact was maybe it would have been good to have received a couple more suggestions around options for deck covering and possibly the laundry room area. Nevertheless, we still love our home. Thank you DAC :)
