One leak was coming from behind the shower and another leak was from the base of the toilet. Water was leaking through our bathroom ceiling down into our entry hall below. Alex, our project manager and his team were able to quickly identify where the two leaks were coming from. Unfortunately, the previous bathroom renovation we had done wasn't done properly. The tile installation was not done the right way and that led to a water leak developing from the base of the toilet. Nicole helped us design our new bathroom and made it easy for us to pick out tiles, bathroom hardware, mirror, cabinets etc. She was patient and accommodating with our two teenagers who came with us into the showroom. Dhvani, kept us updated weekly on their progress and was always available for any questions or concerns. Also, I can not speak highly enough of our renovators Tomas and Pedro. These guys showed up on time every morning and worked very hard all day long. They were both super friendly and they cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. Mayflower likes to stay on schedule and on the last day they had four guys come to our house to get everything finished on time. It was all hands on deck on the last day. I really appreciate how Mayflower stayed on track to finish our project in the amount of time they promised. In our case it was 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Mayflower Construction to anyone looking for a bathroom/kitchen/laundry room remodel. If you have a problem, especially with any leaks - they will identify where your leak is coming from and fix it!
