All potential trouble areas were identified and solutions discussed prior to the project start, so while there were difficulties, there were no surprises or major budget issues. Our project involved creating a great room from 2 existing spaces; removing existing flooring and installing hardwoods on the entire 1st floor; granite countertops, sink and new appliances in the kitchen.
