**★★★★★ — Richa, Sept. 2022**

> I hired Handyman to do a remodel of my entire condo - redo flooring, new kitchen counters, new bathroom vanities, repaint all the walls, replace all the baseboards, replace water heater and refrigerator. The work was done well, and the communication was excellent. I would hire them again.

**★★★★ — HU-272984535, Feb. 2025**

> The contact is terrible. I have to contact about 4X from 8am to about 2pm but didn’t hear from the team until afternoon. I was about to call another's company. Greg works was excellent.

**★★★★★ — steve wainwright, July 2024**

> My deck sorely needed repair -- years of mold, lots of nails sticking up, a couple of boards rotted, a wobbly railing. Carlos and Alfonso spent three days cleaning and reinforcing the whole structure. It was never a showpiece from the beginning, but it looks a lot better than it did and is much stronger. My goal was to have a solid, safe deck and that's what they did for me.
> Both men were friendly, professional and efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much they accomplished in a short time. I'd welcome them back on another project anytime.

**★★ — Keertana, March 2024**

> While I can't speak for how other contractors that work for the Handyman Rescue Team are, my contractor Ro was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend working with him.
>
> \- He told me the project would take around 2 days to complete, and it took 5.
> \- Unsure if he really did not know the actual timeframe of his work, but he kept assuring me he would be done "the next day". I don't mind if a project takes longer than expected, but I expect to be told proper estimates rather than false information.
> \- He was late 4 out of 5 days. Each time was over an hour later than what we had discussed the day before, the worst being 2.5 hours late and unreachable. His excuse was that he overslept and his phone had died.
> \- He forgot some basic tools and had to use mine.
> \- He did work on my laundry room. I had no leaks in my valve under the sink before the project started. When he was done, the valve was leaking and actually caused some water damage to my new cabinet. Ro said he would come fix it after the rest of the work was done and I had paid. He then then took back his word and said I would have to create a new project to fix the valve that most likely broke when he was doing the renovations. He said he offered to fix it because it was broken, but it was broken because of him. I don't think that warrants having to pay for a new project.
> \- I tried turning on the washer after he had finished the room. He did not turn the water on after he had left, and when I tried to turn it on it started leaking.
>
> The overall work looks decent, but due to all the other issues I can only give them 2 stars.

> Great experience with Handyman Rescue Team. They responded quickly to my inquiry and communication was great throughout. DJ and his partner did an excellent job and let me know when things came up that were beyond the scope originally discussed. They replaced a rotted beam holding up our front porch, and it looks good as new. Highly recommend!

**★★★★★ — Mike Cahill, Feb. 2024**

> Thanks Travis, Doug
> The railing looks great and yes Doug mentioned he may have some time to spare in March. I will definately refer you guys to others. Looking forward to more projects.

**★★★★★ — Nate Daligcon, Dec. 2023**

> Great to work with. They communicated well throughout the project and the quality of work was great. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

**★★★★★ — HU-896368270, Oct. 2023**

> Our shower looks very nice! Carlos (the installer), was informative and explained everything that he was doing and did a good job overall. HRT was also very helpful with my questions and concerns earlier on during the course of the project regarding the weight of the tiles and assessed that the floor is adequately supported.

**★★★★★ — HU-66282267, July 2023**

> We needed some general fixes and touch ups before selling our house, and Mark/Handyman Rescue Team did a great job! Definitely would recommend!

**★★★ — S. Brady, June 2023**

> Tiled shower: Happy with results. Some of the communications and delays were a little frustrating along the way, but overall, satisfied with final results. It was our first experience with having work like this done, so I understand companies have other jobs going on at the same time, and this impacts priorities. Ideally, it would be nice for the entire process to be quicker. But in the end, the results are great, and they cleaned up very well once job was complete.

**★★★★★ — HU-188506967, May 2023**

> Mailbox installation and front door painting. The quality of the work on both jobs was great. Will hire the company again.

**★★★★★ — Emi, April 2023**

> We had a fantastic experience with Handyman Rescue Team. I was having trouble finding someone who would take such a "small" job to build a wall in our basement to create a new bedroom. Travis was excellent in coordinating communication and Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job. The quoted price was fair and in line with other quotes we received, but the work was done much faster than other others estimated. The quality is superior and the invoicing system is itemized to show exactly what materials were used. I would highly recommend Handyman Rescue Team for jobs big or small!

**★★★★★ — HU-330865561, Jan. 2023**

> Handyman rescue team are so great to work with. From the first contact to job completion the process is really seamless, professional, affordable, and good quality. They made it so easy and I’ll be a repeat customer

**★★★★★ — HU-662810944, Jan. 2023**

> Very responsive and had openings for my job within a very short time frame. Excellent work quality. I will definitely use them for future projects.

**★★★★★ — Mary, Jan. 2023**

> Handyman Rescue Team sent a very competent and friendly technician who was quick and very helpful answering all my questions. The model this company uses is really convenient, fair and generally great for the technicians and home owner. I will definitely reach to to them again. I had the hood over my oven range replaced and it was just what I needed.

**★★★★★ — Polly Aldrich, Jan. 2023**

> Always happy with the work these guys do. First job was plaster work by Carlos caused by dripping pipe in wall he cleaned all up in mold protection and partial new ceiling next was Doug. Did porch light fixtures and all is good. Reasonable professionals will hire again.

**★★★★★ — HU-77214977150, Dec. 2022**

> The price I got was a very good pricing compared to other general contractor. After the job completion, I found some additional touchup that are needed to be done. It was done without additional charge. Highly recommended

**★★★★★ — Lena Zak, Nov. 2022**

> Carlos from Handyman Rescue Team did an amazing carpentry job on my property. His level of care was so high, and we felt like we were in such good hands, and the quality of work was above and beyond.

> Mark did an above quality work on my door frames and doors. So so pleased. Recommend in a heartbeat!

**★★★★★ — HU-778433437, Aug. 2022**

**★★★★★ — serhat cetinkaya, Aug. 2022**

> Juan and Felipe did a great job fixing my 4 bifold closet doors.. I will definitely recommend these guys.

**★★★★★ — HU-201093268, June 2022**

> Wes did a wonderful job laying our pavers! He exceeded our expectations all the way around. Not many companies go above and beyond to get the job done but this was definitely one of those times when they did. You won’t regret hiring them for your project.

**★★★★★ — HU-576582306, May 2022**

> Carlos Rivera did an Awesome job, was always on time. Very polite and respectful. Can see he puts his heart into his job,see it's his passion, highly recommended. There were no hidden secrets about the agreement everything that was expected to get done got done. There were no hidden fees which was very nice. Thank you

**★★★★★ — HU-115327394, May 2021**

> These guys are consistently great. Courteous, professional, on time, friendly, thorough. It can be really hard to find people to do those jobs you’re just not up to and Travis and his team always deliver.

**★★★★★ — HU-358837234, May 2021**

> I worked with Doug on a custom deck railing and post replacements on an existing deck. Working with HRT was effortless with their great communication system, and working with Doug, who was professional, courteous, and highly skilled was a pleasure! I’m so happy with the results and can’t praise Doug enough for his beautiful work. I highly recommend HRT and Douglas!

**★★★★★ — HU-719970068, April 2021**

> Scheduler responded almost immediately to initial request and easily worked out a few rescheduling needs. Technician was on time, had the right skill set to install a new vanity countertop and sink. He took time to thoroughly check to be sure there were no leaks after reconnecting the plumbing. I am pleased with the results and will use this business in the future.

**★★★★★ — HU-358105541, April 2021**

> The guy was nice and the work was great! The cost has gone up by $100 from what I was originally told. It would be more clear to show me what caused the increase.

> Thank you for the nice review, we’re glad to hear that you were happy with the work!
>
> As for the discrepancy in your billing, please open the PDF version of the receipt you should have received in your email in order to view the itemized detail of your invoice. This should show you the breakdown of both your labor and materials charges.
>
> If you still feel that you were billed a different amount than what you were quoted, please feel free to reach out to me directly. I’d be glad to take a second look at your project billing to see what might have happened.

First, we tackled some lingering issues—patching up outlet holes and smoothing out sloppy window caulking. Next came the demolition phase, where we stripped the kitchen, two bathrooms, and even a laundry cabinet to prepare for a stunning transformation with brand-new cabinetry. In the bathrooms, we took things to the next level by refinishing two bathtubs and refreshing the…

  - Description: We recently tackled an extensive home renovation project for a residential customer of ours in Seattle, and what an adventure it was! Here's a rundown of our escapades: Demolition Derby - We started by tearing down walls in the laundry room to reveal the main plumbing stack and create more space. Upstairs, we demoed, patched, and painted a 2’x4’ area to locate the main water supply. The downstairs bedroom closet and basement cove base got the demo treatment, and we disposed of a moldy bathtub, c…

  - Description: When we got the call to tackle a deck project for a new customer in Kent, we knew we were in for a wild ride. Here’s how it all went down: Deck Repairs: First up, we faced the mighty wood rot monster. Replacing stair beams and pillars, we installed shiny new concrete blocks with galvanized supports. Because nothing says "sturdy" like galvanized steel. Deck & Handrail: Next, we reconstructed and stained the second-story deck and handrail. A new coat of stain made the deck look like it just got ba…

  - Description: We rolled up our sleeves for this gate installation project in Everett that turned heads and had a bit of fun along the way. First up, the West Gate: Picture this – a colossal double door gate, stretching a whopping 190 inches wide and standing a proud 6 feet tall. It's got a metal frame that's as tough as nails, clad in vertically aligned cedar boards that scream "rustic charm." And because we're all about making life easier, we added casters to these double gates. Now, this gate doesn't just o…
