The first project was a bathroom remodel. It was not a complete gut job but extensive work was done. The total cost for this project was around $19,000.00 and was done in April 2016. I love the way it turned out and get compliments all the time. We had a couple of glitches but everything was taken care of without any extra cost to me. Because I was so satisfied I decided to do a second project of residing my house. They worked with me to get the best color combination and answered all my questions. I decided to use a siding with insulation directly attached to it. This decision has lowered my utility bills by about half. After the first winter there were a couple of areas that had separated. I called and in a couple of days the repairs were done at no cost and it looked good as new. They took out an old cast iron tub and installed a walk in shower. I love it!! They had to deal with the old fashioned lath and plaster as well as 100 year old plumbing. They kept the area as clean as possible and removed all debris, even vacuuming my house!
