When I asked to refund the remaining of the retainer, she said she used it all and that she would send the report in the next week or two. It's been almost five weeks now and I haven't heard back. Having a clear set of hourly rate, I have no idea how she ended using up the exact amount of the retainer. I wasted so much money, time, and energy. All she did for me was to pick the paint colors for the house.
