> We hired Eskan to do a complete remodel in Irvine and we are very happy with our new home! Kaveh and Alena did the initial walkthrough with us to better understand our design and functional needs; the initial estimate we received after was incredibly detailed. From there, Alena, Giannina, and Brooke managed the entire design process, while Reza and his team managed the construction work. Throughout the process we had a ton of (probably annoying) questions, but it was incredibly easy to text the team anytime. We felt very informed as the work was progressing.

> Overall, the entire remodel took about 5 months, which was fairly close to the original timeline despite discovering a few issues during the demo phase. We also did exceed the original estimate, but that was largely due to our choices on finishes and materials. And of course with any large project like this, it's unlikely for every single detail to turn out perfect.
