Founded in the spring of 2020, North House is an architectural practice backed by the 15+ years of prior experience in the building industry brought by owner and founder Luke Ryan who spent that time as a carpenter, contractor and designer working in domestic and commercial environments. At North House we understand that a high standard for plan development and clearly communicating a building’s structure, function and aesthetic are key to a successful project from start to finish. He brings the wisdom and experience of swinging a hammer for years to the drafting table where he then incorporates some of the freshest, most creative, and most intuitive designs I've seen in my career as a builder and developer.
