> After having Danny come out to look at our fireplace project, he sent along a few quotes for different scopes of work. After reviewing them, we decided to go with him and he agreed to come at the end of October (requiring us to wait several weeks to work with his schedule which we reluctantly agreed to). The day he was supposed to arrive, I took time off to ensure we could get the project done and HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. Not only that, but he refused to respond to emails, texts, and calls that day or any day since. I understand emergencies happen, and I'd certainly revisit this review if he were to get back with us about this incredibly unprofessional experience, but I've never before had a contractor completely ghost me and his doing so set the completion of several projects back by MANY weeks.

> I originally hired Danny to do new tile around a new fireplace we were installing. We also needed to establish a new heart. He suggested a tile which was awesome. We ended up also tiling the two doors on the cabinet. During the scope of the work, we discovered that the hardwood floor had been installed improperly before I bought the house and really needed to be replaced. Danny ended up doing that also.
