**★★★★★ — KRUEGER PAINTING INC, Sept. 2024**

> Erin was a delight to work with! We needed a site plan, fairly quickly, in order to receive permits on a small roof repair.
> We had plans and subsequently a permit within a week :-)

> Erin is such a pleasure to work with, she was able to take our ideas for our pool house and translate them onto paper. She is very thorough and able to provide creative solutions to any design issues that arose. She is very familiar in dealing with our local county officials regarding new construction plans, submitting, revising, and getting them through the approval process. Erin was also able to help us find local, experienced contractors that we interviewed for our project. All around, we would definitely go with Erin LeMaster Architecture + Design again with any project needs.

To that end, tropical details and warm materials were incorp…

  - Description: The focus of this 1957 ranch home remodel was to enlarge the kitchen and open it up to the living spaces. Coordinating with the interior designer homeowner, the selected finishes use warm and neutral tones accented with black and gold. Highlights of the finished spaces include a walk-in pantry, built-in banquette, and fully integrated appliances with custom cabinetry. Photography © 2021 Erika Bierman Photography, LLC
