The design process lived up to that reputation. Everything after that was a giant disappointment however. We have spent 100’s of thousands of dollars and a year later we have problems that are still unresolved. Months go by with no word from them. They have made commitments and then don’t follow through. There are piles of debris, boxes and scrap material that have been left next to our front walk for months. After moving last year to another home we asked them to do a water feature for it too. This one was fairly complicated as it had to be seen from 3 sides as it was in a center island in front of the house. Our designer Jim Welnak was very patient as we worked through our design and even made some changes as it was being built. Our actual on site manager and builder of the water feature (Artimio) was awesome. This guy is extremely talented in taking a big pile of rocks and turning it into a fantastic, natural looking, gorgeous waterfall. He's got to be one of the best in the business in doing this kind of thing in our area.
